Return Policy

In accordance with Emergency Government Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014 regarding consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract—bearing only the postal costs for the return—within 14 business days of receiving the product, without incurring penalties and without the need to provide a reason.

Should the Buyer decide to cancel the purchase pursuant to the clause above, they are required to return the product in the exact condition in which it was delivered: in its original packaging, unused, accompanied by all original documentation, and in perfect working order. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer is not entitled to a refund of the purchase price. The product must be returned to the registered office of GLOBAL VISION BUILD & ESTATE S.R.L. at the Buyer’s sole expense. A refund will not be issued to the Buyer until the product has been received and GLOBAL VISION BUILD & ESTATE S.R.L. has confirmed that it is in its original packaging, unused, accompanied by all original documentation, and in perfect working order.

Pursuant to the Ordinance, products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are exempt from return.

For orders paid by card, the funds will be refunded to the same card used for the original transaction within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
