How to Buy

You can purchase products from our store online, by phone, or via email.

Ordering online
You can find the product you wish to order by using the menu at the top of the page (which lists product categories), the menu on the right-hand side (containing all product categories and subcategories), or by using the search bar. Once you place an order for an item, it will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

After adding all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, proceed with the buying process by clicking the relevant button and following the steps on the order page. On the order page, you will need to provide the following information:

• Delivery method
• Order details: Full name, complete address (County, Locality/Town, Street, Number, Entrance/Staircase, Building, Floor, Apartment, and Intercom code, if applicable).
• Payment method: choose how you would like to pay for your order (CASH upon delivery, by CARD, or via bank transfer).

By using your username and password, you can log in to view your order history or the status of current orders, modify or delete your profile, and place future orders without having to re-enter your contact details.

Ordering via email
You can send your order via email to office@roteo.eu:

• Delivery method
• Order details: Full name, complete address (County, Locality/City, Street, Number, Entrance/Staircase, Building, Floor, Apartment, and intercom code, if applicable).
• Specify the desired products: Product name, product code, or the product link.

There is no minimum order value.
